Five quick wins to get your screen battle-ready. Tick each as you do it. If anything is missing or greyed out, ping Ben, do not work around it.

  • I can log in to HubSpot and I can see the CB tabs along the top of Contacts.
  • I have pinned the 10 CB views in order (New Leads, Database Callbacks, Lead Gen Callbacks, Follow-ups, Discos/Props Today & Upcoming, Reschedules, Won).
  • Aircall is installed and clicking a phone number starts a call.
  • I added CB Outcome + the date columns to my views, so I can edit them right in the list.
  • I understand I ignore "Lead Status" completely and only ever use CB Outcome.

The Pro Move

The mistake that loses leads

There is exactly one way to silently lose a lead, and pros never do it.

Booking without a date. When you set Disco Booked or Prop Booked, you MUST also set the matching date (CB Discovery Call Date / CB Proposal Call Date) in the same moment, or the lead vanishes from every view. Set the stage and the date together, always.
